We will happily accept a return in the following situations:

  1. Product Not Filled: If you receive a jar that is empty or not properly filled with pickle.

  2. Damaged Packaging: If the jar you received is not seal-packed or if the packaging is broken upon delivery.

  3. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you ordered a specific product (e.g., Amla Murabba) and received a different one (e.g., Green Chilli Pickle), we will accept the return of the incorrect item.

Conditions to Accept Your Return:

To ensure we can process your return efficiently, we request the following:

  1. 360° Unboxing Video: You must provide a 360-degree video of the product as you are opening it. This video must clearly show the condition of the packaging and the product upon receipt.
